1. Launch of Zoho Translate: This new app is a privacy-focused translation tool that allows users to translate text, images, and even voice conversations seamlessly. Users can take pictures of signs or documents, select words to translate, and converse with instant translations played back in the target language, enhancing communication, especially during travel. Best of all, it is free with no feature limits.

2. Wizards Update in Zoho CRM: The CRM now features "sections" within Wizards, which allow users to organize fields into logical groups. This makes data entry easier and clearer, especially for creating or editing records, by breaking down long forms into manageable sections. It also supports conditional rules for dynamic information display.

3. New Interactions Tab in Zoho CRM: A refreshed interactions tab now focuses exclusively on customer engagement within the CRM. This tab categorizes interactions into signals (customer responses) and follow-ups (actions taken by the user), helping teams easily track communication histories and milestones with customers.

4. Enhanced Custom Views in Zoho CRM: Users can now create custom views with cross-module criteria, allowing them to filter data not just from the current record but also from related records. This feature simplifies the process of gathering insights and makes reporting much more flexible and comprehensive.

5. Improved Email Notification in Zoho Analytics: When inviting users to join an organization in Zoho Analytics, a confirmation email will now be sent to ensure the correct person receives access, enhancing security by requiring email verification before joining.

Smart Scheduling for Zoho FSM: Field Service Management now allows agents to approve or reject service appointments through the app. This feature streamlines communication and ensures that appointments are managed efficiently, with notifications sent out automatically based on acceptance or rejection.
