NEW ZOHO UPDATES! 🟥🟩🟦🟨
1. Launch of Zia's LLM and AI Agent Capabilities: Zoho is introducing its own large language model (LLM) called Zia's LLM to enhance its AI agents. This model is specifically trained for Zoho applications, ensuring that it effectively handles business tasks, making it more tailored than existing generic AI tools.
2. AI Agent Studio and Marketplace: A new AI Agent Studio is being rolled out that allows users to create custom AI agents capable of carrying out specific tasks within Zoho applications. This includes a variety of prebuilt agents for Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Books, facilitating automation and efficient task management directly linked to user needs.
3. Model Context Protocol (MCP): The MCP will enable agents to access a library of API calls, improving their ability to perform actions without heavily relying on the Zoho user interface. This provides greater adaptability, safeguarding against UI changes that could break functionality.
4. Security Enhancements in Deluge: Zoho is enhancing security by deprecating the use of embedded credentials in URLs for API calls. This move encourages the use of more secure authentication methods like OAuth, crucial for protecting sensitive information.
5. Automatic Revocation of Inactive Connections: Zoho will automatically revoke any integrations that have been inactive for six months. This helps maintain security by closing unused access points, though users can easily reconnect as needed.
6. Business Calendar for Zoho Projects: Users can now set business hours and holidays in Zoho Projects, aligning workload forecasting more accurately with the actual productivity available, especially for teams across different regions.
7. Blueprints for Custom Modules in Zoho Books: Custom modules in Zoho Books can now have blueprints, which streamline processes by requiring certain steps to be completed before moving to the next stage.
8. Updates to Zoho Tables: New AI features in Zoho Tables will allow for the automatic generation of table structures based on user prompts, along with scheduled automations that enhance workflow efficiency.
9. SalesIQ Improvements: A new update for Zoho SalesIQ incorporates AI features to help automatically generate message responses, summarize conversations, and improve overall management capabilities across communication channels, including WhatsApp and voice calls.
