NEW ZOHO UPDATES! 🟥🟩🟦🟨

1. New Address Fields in Zoho CRM: Zoho has launched a new address field format for CRM. This upgrade organizes address information into a single structure, improving data accuracy by utilizing global sets for countries and states. New users will benefit from these formal address fields, while existing users can create new fields and migrate their data as needed.

2. API Credit System Update for Zoho Desk: Zoho Desk is transitioning to a new API credit system. Previously, all API calls counted as one credit. Now, some calls will consume more than one credit based on their resource intensity. You will receive 100,000 credits by default for Zoho One or bundled licenses, plus 1,000 credits for each agent. This change aims to optimize the usage of API calls, but details on which calls will require more credits are expected to be provided later.

3. Bigin Enhanced Customer Sharing: Users can now share records with customers via a unique link, allowing them to track statuses in real time without needing to log in. This feature can improve customer visibility and engagement, particularly for status updates on tickets and deals. Users can also enable OTP verification for an added layer of security.

4. WhatsApp Automation in Bigin: Bigin now allows the sending of automated WhatsApp messages using templates. This feature will enable users to trigger messages to contacts during workflows, enhancing communication with customers, particularly in regions where WhatsApp is heavily used.

5. Update on Zoho Workplace: Zoho has released updates for Zoho Workplace. One of the key features includes delegating email aliases, enabling multiple users to manage shared email addresses effectively. Additional minor updates have also been introduced to enhance the overall functionality of the Zoho Workplace tools.
