NEW ZOHO UPDATES! 🟥🟩🟦🟨
1. Chart Views in Zoho CRM: You can now use chart views within your lists in Zoho CRM. This means that instead of just seeing numbers in a list, you can visualize your data with colorful graphs. It makes it easier to understand your deals and how they’re doing at a glance.
2. Timeline View in Zoho CRM: There's a new timeline view in Zoho CRM which displays a line graph showing the important dates of your deals, like start and estimated closing dates. This helps managers quickly identify overdue deals and keep track of important deadlines.
3. Rich Text Support in Zoho CRM Notes: The CRM now supports rich text in notes, allowing you to create formatted notes with bullet points, bold text, and links. This improves how you can store and present information within the CRM.
4. Chat to Ticket Timer in Zoho Desk: In Zoho Desk, if a chat goes idle for too long, it can automatically convert into a ticket. This ensures that customer inquiries are followed up on, even if the chat isn’t being actively monitored.
5. Grids Feature in Zoho Forms: Zoho Forms now supports a grid layout, letting you arrange fields in multiple columns. This helps make forms look cleaner and easier to fill out, especially for longer forms.
6. New AI Features in Zoho Sign: Zoho Sign has launched new AI capabilities, including document summarization and automated key term extraction, aimed at improving the signing process.
7. Guided Selling and CPQ in Zoho CRM: The updated CPQ (Configure Price Quote) functionality includes guided selling features. This helps salespeople know what products to suggest based on customer needs, streamlining the quoting process.
