1. Zoho Workplace AI Enhancements: Zoho Workplace is introducing new AI features to assist in creating emails and scheduling meetings. The improvements include a writing assistant in Zoho Mail and Calendar, which helps you write better emails. Additionally, Zia will now enrich your contacts by providing relevant company information and social media links. Users can also choose to integrate their existing AI tools, such as OpenAI or Google Gemini, with Zia.

2. Zoho Desk Mobile App Update: The Zoho Desk mobile app has been updated for both iOS and Android. New AI features allow users to generate replies for instant messages quickly. Users can also ask Zia to refine their messages for improved tone and clarity, making it easier to communicate on the go.

3. Zoho CRM Meeting Enhancements: Zoho CRM now allows users to specify whether meetings are online, in-office, or at third-party locations. This update aims to improve organization and clarity in scheduling meetings.

4. Zoho Billing Updates: Zoho Billing (formerly Zoho Subscriptions) has introduced several updates. Users can now scan items to add them directly to invoices, apply multi-level discounts, and manage subscription billing dates including proration options. New features also include improved reporting on subscription summaries and AI-generated business performance insights through Zia.

5. Zoho Maps Integration Improvements: Zoho has enhanced the Maps integration in its Deluge editor. The response format for geocoding and distance calculations has been improved for better readability and additional data. Previous setups will remain intact, ensuring no disruption for existing users.

6. Zoho CRM Recognized by Forbes: Zoho CRM has been acknowledged as the best CRM software for the third consecutive year in the Forbes Advisor list of top simple CRMs for 2025. This recognition highlights Zoho's relevance for small to medium businesses.
