For example, if you need to collect "Know Your Customer" documents like a driver's license or social security number, you can now create a subform that has these items pre-filled and locked. This makes data entry quicker and helps ensure that important documents are always captured.

2. Combined Scoring Rules: Zoho has integrated scoring rules and Zia scores, which were previously separate. This means you can now easily manage and combine manual scoring with Zia’s automated scores to nurture leads more effectively. For example, if a customer opens an email or completes certain steps in their journey, your scoring will reflect this immediately, simplifying lead management and outreach.

3. User Group Creation Update in the CRM Portal: The process for creating user groups within the CRM portal has been renamed and streamlined. The term "user types" is now "user groups," and you have clearer options for configuring which modules are visible to users. This update enhances usability and simplifies managing permissions.

4. Payment Gateway Support in Zoho Creator: Zoho Creator can now support various payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, and Square. This means you can directly facilitate payments from within your applications without needing to use separate processes, making transaction management much easier.

5. Deluge FTP Task: Deluge now allows you to create FTP tasks, which means you can upload or download files via FTP directly. This is particularly useful for connecting to systems that don’t support REST APIs, giving you more flexibility in managing files and data transfer.

6. SalesIQ Updates: The latest SalesIQ update includes new bot templates, allowing users to build bots faster using pre-defined formats. There are also improvements in flow analytics, providing insights into how users interact with bots, which can help in optimizing customer engagement strategies.
