NEW ZOHO UPDATES! 🟥🟩🟦🟨

1. New Unified Interface for Zoho One: The redesigned Zoho One UI offers an improved layout to access all applications in one place. Users can now organize apps into customizable spaces (like sales or project management) for easier navigation. Enhanced admin controls simplify managing multiple domains and integrations, with a unified client portal set to launch soon, allowing users to access different applications with a single sign-on.

2. Addition of VNI to Zoho One: VNI, a collaborative tool comparable to Lucidchart or Miro, is now included in Zoho One. This addition meets user demand for integrated diagram and visualization capabilities, enhancing productivity within the Zoho ecosystem.

3. Improvements to Zoho Creator: The theme builder in Zoho Creator has received significant updates, including new look-and-feel options and dark mode support. There are also upcoming features for cyclic dependency apps, allowing better data sharing between connected applications.

4. Enhanced Data Sync for Integration Fields in Zoho Creator: Users can now enjoy improved integration field functionality, ensuring that display values are updated automatically in Creator when changes occur in source applications such as CRM. This improvement helps keep information consistent and accurate across platforms.

5. New User-Based Workflow Rules in Zoho Projects: Zoho Projects now supports user-based workflow rules and webhooks, enabling automation based on user actions. This is particularly beneficial for larger teams needing to manage user activities and notifications efficiently.

6. Multi-Asset Support in Zoho FSM: The Field Service Management tool can now accommodate multiple assets in work orders or estimates. This allows users to service multiple assets in a single visit, streamlining operations in service-oriented businesses.

7. Updated Automations for Biggin with Zoho Flow: Zoho Flow can now automate actions in Biggin, allowing users to streamline workflows directly through the app. This integration enhances automation capability, making it easier to manage tasks without switching between different platforms.

8. Auto-Fill Forms in Biggin: Support for merge fields in Biggin's auto-filled forms enables users to pre-populate fields based on existing record information. This minimizes manual data entry and speeds up form submissions.
