GrowthQuest, a fast-moving startup building a membership platform, knew from day one that having a scalable CRM and operations backbone was critical to long-term success. The founder had a technical background and had chosen Zoho for its affordability and breadth, but quickly realized that setting it up the right way—customized, automated, and aligned with their business model—was beyond his bandwidth and expertise.

When we embarked on this new startup adventure with Growth Quest, I knew I wanted to be sure that the CRM was going to serve us for each stage of the development of our membership platform. I was also pretty convinced that I wanted to use the Zoho ecosystem because of all the different applications that were available to the business at a fair price.
Once I got into ZohoCRM and watched a bunch of tutorials I quickly realized that I was not the right person to get this setup properly.
