NEW ZOHO UPDATES! 🟥🟩🟦🟨

1. Chart Views in Zoho CRM: You can now use chart views within your lists in Zoho CRM. This means you can create different types of graphs that show your data visually. It's designed to help you easily see your pipeline and deals at a glance without navigating to different parts of the CRM. This is especially useful for understanding where your deals stand.

2. Timeline View for Deals: A new timeline view is available that lets you see the start and estimated closing dates for your deals on a graph. This can help you manage your deadlines more effectively and ensure deals are not left hanging beyond their expected closing dates.

3. Rich Text Support for Notes in Zoho CRM: Zoho CRM now supports rich text formatting for notes. This means you can bold, italicize, and bullet your notes, making it easier to structure and highlight important information.

4. Chat to Ticket Timer in Zoho Desk: A new feature in Zoho Desk allows chat conversations to automatically convert into tickets if they go idle for too long. This ensures that no customer query gets lost and requires immediate follow-up, reinforcing better customer service.

5. Grids Feature in Zoho Forms: Zoho Forms now has a grid feature, enabling you to place fields side by side. This makes long forms shorter and easier to navigate, improving user experience for form submissions.

6. New AI Features in Zoho Sign: Zoho Sign has introduced AI capabilities such as document summarization and key term extraction, allowing users to interact more efficiently with their documents. This can help speed up the reading and signing process without compromising thoroughness.

7. CPQ and Guided Selling Updates in Zoho CRM: A new update for businesses using CPQ (Configure Price Quote) allows for guided selling. This helps salespeople identify which products to recommend based on customer responses, reducing the mental load and increasing efficiency in the sales process.
