2. Timeline View for Deals: A timeline view is now available for deals in Zoho CRM. This feature allows you to see the start and end dates of deals more clearly, helping sales teams manage their timing better and make necessary adjustments to closing dates more intuitively.
3. Rich Text Support for Notes in Zoho CRM: Zoho CRM now supports rich text in notes, allowing you to format your notes with bullet points, links, and more. This feature is rolling out to certain regions first and will be a significant improvement for users who want clearer and more organized notes.
4. Chat to Ticket Timers in Zoho Desk: A new feature will automatically convert idle chat sessions into support tickets after a set time. This ensures that no inquiries fall through the cracks and provides a more structured follow-up process.
5. Grid Feature in Zoho Forms: Zoho Forms has introduced a grid feature that lets you place form fields side by side in columns, making forms easier to complete and visually more appealing. This is especially useful for lengthy forms, enhancing overall user experience.
