NEW ZOHO UPDATES! 🟥🟩🟦🟨
1. Introduction of Zoho Spend: A new application called Zoho Spend has been launched for unified financial management. This platform consolidates various spending processes such as purchase orders, bills, expenses, and payroll into one place. This will help finance teams approve and manage cash out activities efficiently.
2. CRM and WorkDrive Integration: Zoho has improved the integration between CRM and WorkDrive. Users can now seamlessly manage files associated with CRM records. However, files are currently stored in individual folders which may require users to share each file manually, a limitation that may be addressed in future updates.
3. Zoho Desk - Mass Reply Feature: Zoho Desk now allows for mass replies using predefined templates and snippets. This feature enables users to quickly respond to multiple tickets, improving response times during events such as outages.
4. Content Analysis Tool in Zoho Desk: A new content analysis tool has been added to Zoho Desk's knowledge base to assist users in improving their writing. This feature provides suggestions for grammar, spelling, and overall readability, helping users generate clearer and more effective communication.
5. Updates to Zoho Billing: The billing platform, formerly known as Zoho Subscriptions, now includes dedicated modules for plans, add-ons, and coupons. This change enhances usability by allowing users to manage these elements separately, improving the organization of subscription offerings.
